Post-Care (Do's)
Immediately After
- Change your pillowcase
- Avoid sun exposure - stay inside or wear a hat
- Hale Derma is highly recommended post-needling as it kills any bacteria and helps speed up recovery time
- Before bed, (with clean hands) wash your face with lukewarm water and immediately apply hale derma spray and a pure hyaluronic acid serum
24 Hrs After
- You can wash your face with a gentle cleanser and use a nourishing moisturizer
- Keep skin as hydrated and moisturized as possible
- Use a high-protection zinc (mineral) sunscreen when outdoors and avoid prolonged sun exposure
48 Hrs After
- If you have any dry or flaky skin, you can gently exfoliate with a washcloth to speed up recovery
- If your skin still feels too sensitive, do not exfoliate yet; it will subside soon. Continue to hydrate and moisturize the skin 2x per day
3-5 Days After
- Apply high-protection sunscreen daily
- Focus on hydrating and moisturizing products
7+ Days After
- Return to your regular skincare routine and enjoy the glow!
